When designing the airflow drying system, various factors such as
turbulence, cyclone separation and heat exchange are fully
considered, so that
each configuration and parameter has a clear theoretical basis,
such as the configuration of heat exchange, temperature control of
inlet and outlet
air, Diameter cyclone tube replacement, etc. By measuring the
moisture content of the feed or the temperature difference between
the inlet and
the outlet, the feed volume and steam volume are automatically
adjusted to make the product moisture content meet the process
requirements.
