The flour produced by the flour processing plant is stored in the
flour silo, which will be evenly transported to the flour mixing
section to form a flour paste. The flour paste is sent to the
sifting section, where the gluten is separated, washed, dehydrated,
and dried, while the gluten powder and B starch are produced. The
coarse starch pulp after the separation of the slurry is sifted to
remove the fine fiber (sent to the feed mill), and the starch pulp
is sifted and refined into pure starch pulp. The pure starch pulp
is then converted into the final product - starch A - through
dehydration, drying and packaging. The refined starch pulp can also
be directly sent to the starch sugar factory to produce other sugar
products or the starch modification factory to produce modified
starch.
